Shipping policy
Orders will be prepared and shipped to you within 5-10 days of purchase. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. In the case of lost or damaged shipping, we will firstly conduct an investigation along side Aus Post. Depending on the the outcome of the investigation we will provide you with a suitable resolution.
