Pre Order Policy (Australia)

Pre Orders will be processed at the end of the Pre Order period (10 Days). Please be aware Pre Orders will be with you within 4-6 weeks. Pre Orders are manufactured at our warehouse as soon as an order is made, once released from the warehouse the product will be sent to you VIA Aus Post. Please be aware mixing Pre Orders and Non Pre Order items in your cart can cause an overall delay in your order due to the manufacture period of the Pre Order items. International Pre Order Policy (Non Australian)

For international Pre Orders please allow 7-8 weeks to receive your Pre Order item.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be prepared and shipped to you within 1-3 days of purchase. Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard shipping. In the case of lost or damaged shipping, we will firstly conduct an investigation along side Australia Post. We will provide you with a suitable resolution depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Shipping time frames 

Australia Domestic: 3-10 days

International: 10-20 days.

Refund and Returns policy 

Our products are thoroughly inspected and tested by our quality assurance team for defects before shipping to you. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on our non-electric products due to hygiene purposes. Refunds will only be considered in the event of shipping/courier incidents or damaged goods on arrival. This would be subject to an investigation with support from Australia Post. Refunds will also be considered for failure of electronic products within 14 days of use. Upon your return of damaged goods we will process the refund.

Privacy Policy

We collect your personal details in order to fulfil your orders primarily. Your personal details will be kept safe on our database and will not be disclosed without your consent.
